The grapes were hand-sorted and gently crushed. We used native yeast for fermentation and the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Aged 21 months in French oak and then bottled unfined and unfiltered. The blend is comprised of: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petite Verdot and 2% Malbec.
