Investors Overview

The Vintage story begins in 2000 when investor Pat Roney acquired iconic Napa Valley winery, Girard, and restored the brand to its former prestige. Vintage Wine Estates was formed in 2007 with the purchase of Windsor Vineyards, an early direct-to-consumer wine company. From this foundation, Vintage has grown organically and through 20+ successful acquisitions over the past 20 years into one of the fastest growing, most innovative wine companies now owning over 50 brands.
