Tasting Notes
The 2012 CigarZin has notes of black and red fruit with a punch of spice and black pepper. The rich, lush and well-structured wine is hearty with exotic fruit characteristics. The fruit for CigarZin was sorted then fermented for 7 days. We prepared the wine in French and America oak barrels for 11 months.
